A NEW LUXURY BOUTIQUE HOTEL AND WINE BAR FOR FREMANTLE, INSPIRED BY THE WORK OF AUSTRALIAN CONTEMPORARY ARTIST TONY CLARK.

Capturing Tony Clark’s iconic ‘punk classicism’ approach to art, the hotel embraces bold and clashing colours and a mixture of textures and shapes. Clark has used screens, canvas, mosaics and other medium to convey his eccentric dream-like art over the decades. The hotel honours Clark’s broad artistic approach. His zeitgeist is not only found in the contemplative feel of the spaces, but also in the extent to which his artworks are embdedded in recreated mosaic wall details, custom lighting details and upholstery.
